Two Ways We Might Work Together

Individual Psychotherapy (Virtual – California & Oregon) |
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (In Person – Palo Alto, CA)

Both paths involve slowing down, paying attention, and working with patterns that run deeper than thought.

What I Offer

Individual Psychotherapy

(Virtual – California and Oregon)

Online psychotherapy for adults seeking greater clarity and self-connection. Sessions offer space to slow down, turn inward, and work with patterns that shape how life feels and unfolds. It’s a process centred on presence that blends self-acceptance and transformation.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

(In-Person – Palo Alto)

For those who have genuinely tried other approaches and still feel stuck. Within a safe, attuned framework, KAP can help soften defenses that keep important material out of reach, evoke fresh perspectives on familiar patterns, and support the processing of old emotional wounds.

KAP is intensive and typically adjunctive. Many KAP clients also see a primary therapist. What opens up in ketamine sessions often supports their ongoing therapy.

Getting Started

Schedule a free 20-minute consultation

If you'd like to explore working together, send a brief email or voicemail about what's bringing you to therapy. We'll schedule a free 20-minute phone or video consultation to talk through your needs and see if my approach feels like a good fit.

Arrange your first session

If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule an initial 75-minute session. You’ll receive a secure client portal link where you can complete intake forms and review practice policies.

Ongoing sessions

After the first meeting, we typically continue with weekly sessions. This frequency provides the continuity that depth work requires. Over time, we can revisit the pacing based on your needs and goals.

An Integrative Approach

We build a relationship. We talk about what’s happening in your life—what’s difficult, what is important to you, what you yearn for. Depending on what you need, we might work on foundations like sleep, movement, and self-care. I offer practices and resources to support clients between sessions.

As trust develops and you feel ready—sometimes after a couple of sessions, sometimes longer—we typically move into deeper experiential work. This might involve tracking what’s happening in real time, noticing where something tightens or opens, making contact with parts of yourself that usually stay out of awareness. This is often the doorway to lasting change.

My approach draws from several mindfulness-based experiential methods.

"Not everything that is faced can be changed; but nothing can be changed until it is faced."

— James Baldwin
